Steph and I caught some interleague action on our recent trip to Minneapolis-St. Paul. The Twins beat the Diamondbacks 3-1, on what would have been a beautiful night for a baseball game- if it hadn't been held inside a dome. A lot of people rank this stadium as the worst in the majors. I didn't think it was Tropicana bad, but it was pretty bad. The majority of the crowd is so far away from the action that those Grand Canyon pay-per-view telescopes would be serious money-makers.
At least on this night there was a sizeable crowd (jersey give-away night) and the place really got loud. The crowd's roar is always a good test for a park, and the Metrodome soundly passed.
